As a Senior Program Manager I serve as the internal primary point of contact across 11 project workstreams. As a Project Manager and Scrum Master, I coordinated and managed the development, test, and market release of software in support of point-of-care medical devices. Additionally I directed case scheduling, inventory management, and technical support coordination for intra-cardiac ablation procedures. Designed and implemented training programs for two new company hires. Conducted interactive trainings on 3-dimensional cardiac mapping system for physicians and hospital staff.

In the role of a TSS I proctored cardiac physicians in the implantation and programming of cardiac rhythm devices, including pacemakers, defibrillators, and cardiac resynchronization therapies. I provided support for implant procedures, clinic visits, and emergency care. Statistically analyzed county-wide hospital admissions data to discover under-served patient populations and direct physician initiatives to identified areas.
