Manage Requests for Proposals, negotiate fees, requisition Purchase Orders, and approve invoices.-Project Development Responsibilities: Conduct site walks and due diligence reviews of potential sites and acquisitions to identify fatal flaws and mitigate risks; Review draft permit plans and support optimization of the site layout for topography, hydrology, environmental resource areas, and other site constraints.-Engineering Responsibilities: Review and critique all aspects of the civil engineering design, including construction drawings, stormwater management reports, erosion and sediment control plans, construction management plans, design details, and technical specifications; Cross-coordinate with a multi-disciplinary team (i.e. solar design, electrical, grid interconnection, structural, geotechnical, etc.).-Construction Responsibilities: Coordinate with construction Project Managers to facilitate handoff from engineering to construction; Conduct site inspections as needed; Respond to RFIs and urgent field issues; Support Project Managers to ensure compliance with permits and Construction Documents.
