About Ashley Babcock, Ed.D

I have worked in the field of higher education for almost two decades, and I am an experienced faculty member and higher education leader. As a faculty member, I focus on student-centered learning by teaching through engagement using multimodal feedback. As someone who cares greatly about supporting students, I view learning centers on campus as a vital role to student success, and I have worked in learning centers at Rutgers University, the Art Institute, Montgomery College, and Northcentral University. In addition to student support services, I focused on faculty development in my role as the associate Dean of Faculty in the School of Education. As Founding Dean of Continuing and Professional Education, CW Pro at the College of Westchester, I helped create a variety of pathway options for students using multiple modalities. Currently, I serve as the Dean of the Graduate School at Capitol Technology University where I lead, support, and develop students and faculty in the master's and doctoral programs.
