I played a key role in shaping a best-in-class consumer experience. My responsibilities encompassed program management, where I implemented governance processes, developed the IT roadmaps, and managed budgetary aspects, including risk mitigation and tracking. I facilitated collaboration between IT and business partners to ensure adherence to timelines, budget and achievement of performance metrics.

Developed patient conversion and retention strategies for the Multi-dose front end operations to support the fulfillment of 5M Rxs. Identified solutions for training and performance management opportunities impacting agent productivity and quality of patient management. Partnered cross functionally with RPCC leadership to influence change management that promotes customer excellence with a focus on system and process optimization to contribute to labor cost reduction.Lead field engagement, technology, digital, expansion, marketing and construction workstreams for Multi-dose. Responsible for increasing awareness of the MDP program with the field and public through internal and external marketing efforts. Identified technology and digital roadmap necessary to support program growth, contributing to requirement sessions and deployment support. Developed expansion roadmap, leading all construction project management resulting in the remodel of two fulfillment locations and construction of a net new MDP pharmacy. Oversaw four Supervisors and over seventeen staff that were responsible for providing guidance on the use of the Physician Ordering and e-Prescribing products for over six hundred hospitals. Reported directly to a Senior Manager and Director on status of customer satisfaction, staffing, projects and product development. Facilitated superior front-line support and foster strong customer relationships. Responsible for guiding the future of Physician products by working closely with stakeholders and development counterparts. Facilitated focus groups on medication reconciliation with Physician and Pharmacist stakeholders. Worked directly with C-level hospital executives to ensure software and Physician satisfaction.

Responded to and resolved high profile and escalated issues. Educated Physicians on ordering functionality and future enhancements through presentations at Road Forums, Seminars and other MEDITECH hosted events.
