During the Supreme Court’s last term, her attention was on three cases involving antitrust lawsuits, editorial discretion and free speech, and executive agency deference.Ashley also engages in policy analysis and outreach on legislation and regulations related to these issues by writing op-eds, letters to Congress for committee hearings, and regulatory comments.
