I enjoy being challenged. My favorite part of sales is being able to build relationships with customers and provide solutions to meet customer needs and seeing the impact our solutions can make on someone’s life!Our mission is to improve people's lives through learning. I've held various roles throughout 17 years with Pearson in sales including representative roles and management. Part of my current role as a District Sales Manager, I build relationships and employ consultative selling to institutions, faculty members and college bookstore personnel. I also partner closely with the representatives across my team to help support them in meeting and exceeding their goals professionally. I'm involved with implementation, presentations, and servicing of technology solutions.I've been a top performer, consistent sales achiever, Leadership Council member and part of various advisory groups at Pearson.Personally, when I'm not visiting campuses and learning each and every day, I enjoy connecting with new people in Richmond and exploring breweries, local restaurants and festivals within the city. One of my favorite parts of the Pearson culture is that we are "always learning" and I find that each and every day I can learn something new both professionally and personally.
