I this role, I manage the quality control department’s workload systems and logistics with investigative case assignments and investigation priorities. Other primary job functions include, dereasing inefficiencies, troubleshooting issues, as well as respond to cases inquiries and technological issues when escalated for our large and diverse Quality Review team.
