Manage the monthly P&L and cash forecasting processes for a fast-growing, high-tech robotics company (~$90M revenue, and ~$10M in cash). Analyze monthly P&L results issued from the Controller and report a results summary to our company-owners and investors (Axel Johnson, Ltd.). Create PowerPoint presentations of our financial results and future forecasts for Board meetings and quarterly all company meetings. Lead monthly meetings with senior management and company officers to review a portfolio of our most highly visible and high-value projects (~$26M of cost) and discuss how we are tracking from a cost perspective relative to Budget. Lead ad-hoc projects assigned directly by the CFO, such as a historical profitability analysis of the company, a review of our engineering rates charged to projects, or looking more deeply into engineering, tech, and commissioning utilization. Promoted to Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) analyst on the Corporate Finance team, supporting the Executive leadership of the newly formed Product Development, Software Engineering, and Incubator organizations. Created a tracker to roll up personnel, consulting, and other overhead expenses by project, which I summarize and present monthly to senior leadership. During these presentations, we discuss operational efficiency of key projects, full-time versus contractor resourcing, and the start or stop of certain projects based on cost projections.
