Designed and facilitated a series of three workshops on Networking for the Experience Lab at Penn Fall 2021 Cohort to help recent college graduates successfully launch their careers.

Expanded Norfolk Collegiate's experiential and service learning opportunities across all grade levels and oversaw the launch and implementation of a signature experiential and service learning program known as the Learning to Elevate Action Program (LEAP) for grades 9-12. LEAP was the culmination of the work completed by the Real-World Experience Strategic Task Force.

Managed Real-World Experience Strategic Task Force's work as part of Norfolk Collegiate's "Building an Even Better Experience" strategic plan to create real-world learning opportunities through collaborative partnerships with organizations and institutions in our local community and beyond. Developed a K-12 programmatic philosophy around experiential and service-learning. Led research, program development, launch and implementation of a signature real-world learning program in the upper school, the Learning to Elevate Action Program (LEAP). Presented LEAP and program objectives to parents, community members and other constituent groups. Designed and oversaw summer internship program for upper school juniors and seniors.

Designed curriculum-aligned assignments and projects that incorporate technology and/or hands-on learning opportunities to strengthen our students' skills with the 4 C's of 21st Century Learning: Creativity, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Communication with Pre-K through 12th grade faculty. Built partnerships with national organizations and companies including 3 Day Startup and Experience Institute. Developed a Summer Internship Program for Norfolk Collegiate juniors and seniors.

Collaborated with 6th-12th grade faculty on the integration of current and emerging technology in conjunction with school's 1:1 iPad program.

Taught American literature and writing composition to multiple sections of 11th grade English as well as American Academic English to international students, I led and mentored ten+ students each year in Norfolk Collegiate's Advisory program, served as a faculty advisor to the Honor Council and coached MS lacrosse.

Guided college-bound seniors through college selection, application and financial-aid processes and provided English-related academic enrichment for high school students grades 11-12.

Assisted students of varying levels, undergraduate to graduate, with writing assignments by focusing on issues concerning writing technique in order to improve their written communication skills

Managed high school internship program from start to finish including developing professional development curriculum, cultivating and maintaining relationships with top business and organizations across industries, administering grant and managing grantor relationship, and recruiting corporate volunteers for various programming initiatives.
