I’m an alumna of Brigham Young University and have experience as a former Sleep Research Assistant, where I explored the association between sleep disturbances and suicidality. My core competencies include vital sign monitoring, patient care, medication management, medical terminology, insurance communication, scheduling, patient education, state-reported disease tracking, phlebotomy, CPR/BLS, research ethics, protocol development, and scientific writing.When I’m not studying or working, you’ll find me playing soccer, pickleball, hiking, paddle boarding, or skiing!
