Our work spans physical, digital, and service-based experiences across the globe.The UX Research team helps drive strategy, design, and development through human-centered insights and efficient and scalable systems that enable practitioners to focus on their craft. - Conducted all research activities for the Experience org at Nice Healthcare by leveraging a wide variety of research methods such as surveys, interviews, usability testing, card sorts, product analytics, and more which contributed to a patient NPS of 90+- Launched and managed a remote usability testing platform, conducting dozens of studies- Proactively collaborated with designers and product managers to understand upcoming research needs, identified OKRs to drive towards, and proposed research opportunities for our product teams as well as the company overall- Built research plans that when executed generated impactful user insights that shaped decisions on our product and design teams as well as informed strategy for cross-functional teams- Recruited participants for research activities with a deliberate focus on creating representative & diverse participant panels, sourcing hundreds of participants across studies- Synthesized and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs and behaviors- Prepared research findings, highlight reels, journey maps, service blueprints, and other UX deliverables for 6 departments- Developed an internal research library with meticulous documentation and intentional communication that led to direct engagement from 60% of the company and 100% of product and engineering leadership- Coordinated activities and communication with internal alpha & beta groups, allowing us to develop and refine both an internal provider mobile application and an external patient mobile application that received an app rating of 4.8/5- Successfully launched a Patient Council with a roster of 30 individuals; maintained an average engagement rate of 80%+ with the these users through regular communication and events- Conducted competitive analyses and stayed up-to-date on industry trends, inviting other colleagues to join me in pursuing further professional development
