As a part-time external evaluation consultant, I collaborated with Intention 2 Impact to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of programs and initiatives led by philanthropic foundations and non-profit organizations. In this role, I contributed to the implementation of evaluation strategies, collected and analyzed qualitative and quantitative data, and used mixed methods to gather comprehensive information. Through the co-development of clear and concise reports, I presented findings and recommendations, enabling organizations to make data-driven decisions and maximize their impact on the communities they serve.

As the research project manager, I developed survey and re-recruitment protocols to facilitate the continuation of a longitudinal study with 1,400 participants, ensuring robust data collection for future research phases. I created and maintained the contact database for all participants.

As a monitoring, evaluation, research, and learning (MERL) intern, I conducted interviews, supported qualitative and quantitative analyses, and co-created final report data visualizations across 3 evaluation projects for philanthropic foundations and non-profit organizations.

As the research project manager for a 5-year longitudinal study, I managed data collection across 12 universities with over 1,300 participants. I developed survey and contact protocols, collected survey data, and analyzed/reported findings. I also trained undergraduate research assistants.
