My Journey:In 2008 I began my adventure down the path to a better future for myself. I graduated high school in 2006 with no idea where I was headed in life. I had a management position that paid really well for the time being. I asked myself "Do I want to be here for the rest of my future?" The answer was clearly, "no." I then enrolled into a Community College with a concentration in Business Administration due to my exceptional leadership skills at my current place of employment. I graduated in 2011 with a GPA of 3.3. I was accepted into the University at Buffalo and my plan was to focus on Business Administration. I had become really interested in Communications from an introduction course I had taken my first semester at UB. I am currently a junior at the University at Buffalo with concentrations in International Business and Communications with focus on Marketing/Advertising/Management. My plan for the near future is to obtain my MBA and pursue a Law Degree.I am a creative problem solver who enjoys new challenges. I am motivated to always put forth my best effort and I work hard to achieve my goals. I feel I often bring fresh viewpoints to mundane situations and can present unique solutions to difficult problems. Also, I possess an eclectic mix of skills having undergraduate courses in two distinct areas. The adjectives that friends and colleagues would use to describe me are ambitious, dedicated, hardworking, energetic, and creative.I have had the privilege to work with supportive mentors and colleagues who have fostered my creative problem-solving mentality and allowed me to grow. I enjoy meeting new people from all backgrounds and am continuously trying to expand my network.
