In support of the Toronto Public Library's vision of increasing access,opportunity and connections, the Toronto Public Library Foundation is committed to a transformational agenda to drive revenue and profile among library users and city builders.Working with volunteer committees, I managed Literary Circle and New Collection, two donors programs in support of the Library's vision of growth, as well as TPLF’s signature young professional fundraiser, Hush Hush.

Surpassing the 2014/15 development goal, I managed a pipeline of 150+ corporate, foundation, government and individual donors and the annual Dress Loud Day in almost 100 schools and businesses across Ontario. Highlights include:• Growth in corporate revenue and total number of donors• Growth in foundation revenue • Number of companies participating in Dress Loud increased• Total sponsorship dollars raised for the annual family camp increased• Successful execution of direct mail and various donor communications

As a member of the development team, I oversaw the growth of corporate and foundation gifts under $10,000, as well as planning and executing YPT's largest annual fundraiser - the Golf Classic. By strategically working with the board of directors and as part of YPT's development team, foundation giving increased by 90%, Golf Classic revenue increased by 30% and overall fundraising revenue increased by 22%.
