• Designed and developed construction work packages, plans and schedules for project execution focusing on a tactical timeframe of 3 months to 3 years to setup the business unit with a scope of projects for timely completion• Assisted the Earthworks Project Engineer on DDA2 to schedule, design, and cost multiple project phases• Conducted kick-off meeting and PLRA with contractor (AECON) on DDA2 Earthworks projects• Prepared and presented designs, cost estimates, schedules and risk analyses to Managers and Directors on projects and scopes of work ranging up to $20M, including Earthworks for the multi-billion dollar DDA2 project• Acted as the lead on a design and construction project for TRO that saved an immediate $1.54M with a further $1.24M per year of the asset lifetime. Presented and justified the business case to the CFT to obtain $950k funding
