The single representative for TGI Greek on the Appalachian State University campus interacts with all fraternities, sororities, and other campus organizations to promote apparel on the university's campus. Engaged with Greek organizations on campus to inform them about TGI's design process and provide assistance with apparel designs and pricing. Identification of organizational contacts for sales opportunities leading to approx. $30,000 in completed sales.- Facilitation of the annual account management visit with organizations, including pre-meeting briefings for boththe attendees and the account manager, scheduling, discussion facilitation, and follow-up action tracking.- Consistent engagement with various organization's apparel chairmen for new opportunities throughout the year.

Appointed by the executive council as the apparel chairman responsible for the design, order placement, and distribution of all event and special-order apparel. Accomplishments included:- Apparel design prototypes, including required national approval for 16 events and 12 special orders.- Identification of cost-improvement opportunities for the organization members with an average cost reduction of 28% by replacing the apparel provider while maintaining product quality.- Implementation of communication and process optimization between the executive council, event chairs, Panhellenic Council and various others to ensure timeliness of orders, sales increases, and distribution efficiency.- Enhanced chair engagement in the design process, including design adjustments and coordinating color options, increasing overall satisfaction with the resulting product.
