Commenced working at my grandparents gift and flower shop, Brumm's Bloomin Barn, after returning home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Initially aided in zero-contact flower deliveries to residences and funeral homes while the store was closed to the public. Eventually took responsibility to open and close the store for employees, aid customers as they shopped and take orders.Acted as the head delivery driver and completed (on average) 6 deliveries a shift throughout NorthWest Indiana.Conceptualized and designed a multitude of advertisements that were shared via email and social media.Initiated and executed the creation of a completely online store in order to continue to sell products while our area was shut down during the initial COVID-19 outbreak.

Began employment at a family-owned Dairy Queen at the beginning of its operation in December 2017. Positions held include Team Member, Fan Captain and Shift Lead. Mainly responsible for the Chill section of the restaurant but cross trained in Grill and the Service portions of the business.•Headed the Chill section as a Shift Lead by directing staff and managing customer service.•Ensured quality control measures were followed and aided in stock information.•Created social media accounts, posts for the platforms and designed advertisements/coupons to be published in local papers.

Acted as the Editor in Chief of the Lake Central High School magazine 'Scout.' Publication was student-run and created a total of 7 printed publications.•Created and developed between 15 and 20 stories in each of 4 regular 32-page editions, two 16-page special editions and a dual publication crossover newspaper.•Managed a staff of over 70 students and utilized their feedback to better enhance leadership skills.•Conceptualized and aided in the design of 6 magazine covers and the front page of a newspaper.
