I directed and managed all aspects of human resources, for 8 entities, located across 5 states, in 4 different industries (agriculture, for-hire trucking, freight brokerage, and wholesale-raw product).

As a Regional HR Generalist, I was responsible for overseeing HR functions across five, 24/7, manufacturing sites (resins and formaldehyde) in four states (GA, NC, NY, and PA). LIFE St. Joseph of the Pines, a Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a unique program which can assist elders to live safely at home or with their loved ones with the help from a team of health care professionals. PACE provides a full spectrum of health care services, for frail elderly individuals certified to require nursing home care. PACE programs are centered around the belief that it is better for seniors with chronic care needs and their families, to be served in the community wherever possible.As HR Coordinator I oversaw the recruitment and retention of LIFE employees. I acted as an internal consultant to coordinators and supervisors regarding the handling of employee relation issues.
