Supervise selected Olympic sporting events from volleyball, soccer, baseball and softball events by scheduling ticket staff, game day sales, and updating www.playerguest.com and www.passlists.com information per NCAA regulations.∗ Provide customer service by processing season ticket and individual single-game orders, answering questions, and resolving complaints.∗ Work with Spartan Fund regarding donations received and donor’s ticket needs∗ Balance out cash/credit sales daily∗ Processing and packaging away game tickets ensuring accuracy and quality control

∗ Assisted with day-to-day activities in the Athletic Ticket Office, provide customer service to donors, public, faculty/staff and students; answer incoming phone; process sales transactions and maintain customer information.∗ Use of Ticketmaster/Archtics Ticketing System, prepare mailings and outbound sales calls.∗ Oversight of game day sales, player-guest management, for volleyball and other sports∗ Assisted in reconciling games in preparation for auditors by maintaining organized records of complimentarytickets distributed.∗ Assisted with the supervision and training of forty part time ticket office student workers.∗ Supervised football game day areas including walk up sales and distribution of player guest, pass list, student and will call tickets.

Assist with all the marketing and promoting of AAU girls basketball tournaments. Connect with college coaches and team coaches before the tournaments. Attend each tournament working the compliance table for all AAU team and college coaches.

Assisted with various duties including hospitality and game day activities for volleyball and basketball games. Communicated with current and prospective clients/sponsors at company events

Covered various sports interviews, from Notre Dame Football to College Football Hall of Fame. Wrote scripts and edited video and football highlights on Avid. Taped a wide variety of video coverage.
