I build and manage custom WordPress websites for businesses, individuals, and schools. I also offer graphic design, copy writing, and search engine optimization services.

My responsibilities include daily bookkeeping and record keeping, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, all human resources functions, setting and monitoring the organization's budget, financial reporting to staff and board members, banking, evaluating all financial decisions, grant writing and reporting, and all financial functions for the organization as needed. I also handle all the technology, software, and IT needs for the organization and supervise the administrative, front office, and box office staff.

I worked as a freelance grant writer and web developer during this time as I finished my master's degree.

My responsibilities include administering and programming for three youth orchestras, a children's chorus, a chamber ensemble program, multiple youth outreach programs, and collaborating with schools and other community organizations to create education opportunities for youth involved in our programs. I also coordinate all logistics and production needs for the Springfield Symphony Orchestra for all concerts, run-outs, events, fundraisers, programs, and everything else under the sun we do. This includes technical coordination, instrument rentals, planning, marketing, press releases, and much more. I report directly to the Executive Director and oversee a staff of 9 who report to me. I play a key role in hiring and interviewing staff and am also responsible for all human resources functions in the office. I am responsible for all accounting, IT maintenance, and management.

Filled in as interim Executive Director of the SSO until someone could be found to permanently fill the role. I served as the "face" of the symphony, spoke at concerts and events, wrote grants, and handled increased duties relating to community relations, public relations, marketing, and management.
