I help people stay healthy and happy through yoga. I teach a level 1 vinyasa flow class as well as yoga sculpt, incorporating weights and cardio into a yoga foundation. I love the challenge in yoga, both mental and physical as well as seeing the change it creates within me and my students. My true love for yoga is the great energy, the happiness created within and the ability to incorporate those principles into our everyday lives. My classes are light-hearted and fun.
