North America Claims Innovation and Continuous Improvement TeamKey responsibilities include: • Partnered with key stakeholders to implement Process Automation solutions that reduced costs and improved service quality. • Created business requirement documentation for potential process changes and acted as the liaison with SMEs in the development of business requirements regarding process/workflow design components.• Developed training/procedural content to address knowledge and/or procedural gaps.• Analyzed and resolved escalated problems, coordinated associated activity through various areas if needed and provided timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
