• Independently conceptualized and developed instructor manuals for 2 FYE courses in order to: 1) orient new instructors with curriculum and policies and 2) help returning teaching team troubleshoot common issues and strengthen understanding of how to best utilize BlackBoard • Facilitated trainings and meetings for the FYE1000 teaching team, consisting of 10+ instructors• Collaborated with the Interim Director of FYE to implement curriculum changes by updating assignments, lesson plans, and rubrics used by all instructors • Redesigned the BlackBoard instructor resource sites shared by all members of the FYE teaching team so that all materials were updated consistently, organized effectively, and accessed easily • Served as campus coordinator for the AlcoholEdu program, corresponding with and monitoring progress and completion of the program by the entire incoming freshman class

While both the Assistant Dean for Student Services and Undergraduate Services Coordinator for the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources were simultaneously on short-term leave, assumed duties (as Graduate Assistant) including but not limited to:• Organized and executed all aspects of the College's 2011 graduation ceremony for an audience of 1,100; coordinated media, photography, distribution of departmental and College awards, Dean of the College and faculty speeches, student robing and lineup, musicians, and reading of degree recipients' names• Worked closely with the Office of the Registrar to complete and validate graduation clearance for over 140 students; reviewed and approved transfer of credits for courses taken at other institutions• Presented and advocated for, on behalf of students, requests for changes to the academic record at monthly Committee on Undergraduate Records and Certification (CURC) meetings; attended other campus-wide Assistant Dean and professional staff meetings• Supervised and collaborated with 4 student coordinators to plan and host Ag Ambassador end-of-year awards ceremony and thank-you dinner • Prepared and planned proactively for New Student Orientation
