HR SuccessFactors Employee Central Integration Program (June 2015 - Nov. 2017):o Lead data migration activities of all MillerCoors OM and PA data into EC. Activities include: extracting data, translation based on business requirements, building load templates, troubleshooting errors, and validating uploads.o Maintain stable and accessible on premise environments through the transition to the new cloud based solution, Employee Central. Activities include: trouble shooting bi-directional interfaces, replication errors back to SAP and downstream interfaceso Development of the HR testing strategy, use cases, and specific development/execution of functional and technical unit testing of both EC and legacy SAP applications and interfaces. o Facilitate end user adoption and increased productivity of the Employee Central functionality via creation and delivery of the associated training materials.o Drive resolution of hyper care incidents created by end users in both the MillerCoors and Molson Coors business units.
