As Chief Product Officer, at The Listings Lab, I was responsible for overhauling the company's titular offer to triple monthly enrolment capacity alongside product development and GTM & demand gen strategy for three new offers to help real estate agents grow their business.Offers launched:The 7-Figure Agent Mastermind is a 12-month business growth mastermind and agency-style DFY hybrid that helped real estate agents scale from $250k to 7-figures by building a lean team, implementing social media & digital marketing funnels, implementing systems & operational procedures, and deep mindset training. This offer added $3.1 million ARR to the business with an 87% annual re-enrolment rate and 8.43 NPS score. The Listings Lab Live is a 3-day live business growth mastermind and sales upsell event for real estate agents. I led GTM strategy and programming development on this offer, ensuring a valuable and transformative experience for everyone who attended. The first 100-person event sold out and during the event, I closed $300k in sales from stage.The Accelerated Agent is The Listings Lab's entry-level and downsell offer for agents below $100k, focused on organic marketing. I was responsible for the product development & GTM strategy for this offer. The Listings Lab offer:I was mandated by the founder to find a way to triple enrolment without diluting program quality. This involved abolishing the pod and weekly coaching call model to shift the program to lifetime access with a Facebook group (later Skool group), 2 weekly group calls, and a homework submission system. This allowed enrolments to go from 15 students at a time to 60 students a month.While in this position, I was also responsible for conducting product health assessments for The Listings Lab's titular signature program. Under my stewardship, the course had over 20 new lessons added which drove a critical uptick in social proof that allowed the business to grow based on the strength of its results.

As a Marketing coach, I shepherded students in 1:1 and then cohort-based pods through The Listings Lab's titular offer over the course of 12 weeks. What started as a team of four coaches reduced to just myself within 90 days as I was the only coach yielding results for clients. My responsibilities included leading coaching calls, reviewing member homework, and providing support to members in between calls
