Ensured a complete file in accordance with state real estate requirements. Secured fully executed contracts and all documents that became incorporated into the contract throughout the transaction. Scheduled inspections on behalf of Buyers, with permission. Gathered inspection reports, disclosures, etc. to disperse to the appropriate parties. Tracked contingency dates, loan status, appraisal status, reports, repairs, and notified all appropriate parties of impending deadlines. Scheduled final walk-throughs, coordinated the handoff of keys and remotes, and reminded all parties of closing dates and times. Clear communication was of utmost importance, to keep clients up to date on the status of files. Organization was crucial, in order for all parties to be able to access the appropriate documents easily and without confusion.
