Lightbend performance powers billions of experiences across Tesla, Fortnite, Apple, Starbucks, Walmart, CapitalOne, Webex, Paypal, Swiggy, Workday, Dream11, John Deere, Tubi and thousands more.Backed by Dell, Intel, Juniper, IBM, Greylock, Shasta, and Bain.Responsibilities include:- Identifying, evaluating, and pursuing strategic partnerships that enhance product offerings and expand market presence- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with technology, cloud, and consulting partners, driving mutual growth and collaboration- Leading negotiations and finalizing partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with Lightbend’s objectives- Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., sales, product, marketing) to integrate partner solutions into the Lightbend product ecosystem- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partnerships and identify opportunities for continuous improvement- Representing Lightbend at industry conferences and partner events to promote partnership opportunities and increase brand visibility- Organizing training and enablement programs for partners to ensure the successful deployment and adoption of joint solutions- Staying abreast of industry trends and competitive landscapes to identify new partnership opportunities- Ensuring cross-functional alignment across Lightbend to seamlessly execute partnership strategies
