Cuthbertson Consulting where I'm on a mission to shift the landscape of music & arts education such that equity and access are non-negotiable and at the center of our field.With a commitment to ensuring my students had only the best possible music learning experience, as a K-12 classroom music educator, I relentlessly worked to improve my own knowledge and skills to cultivate affirming music learning environments, design engaging curriculum, and deliver rigorous instruction that was culturally responsive to the diverse and ever-changing needs of my learners enabling equitable pathways to success regardless of background or ability.As an educational consultant specializing in the unique needs of music & arts educators as they seek to implement culturally responsive & equitable practices, I partner with schools, districts, and organizations facilitating professional development, instructional coaching, and curriculum development.
