I sponsored the project that covered the full spectrum of supply chain activities including: sourcing, international and domestic transportation, trade compliance, distribution services and 3PL. The team evaluated the current state and developed several future state models with a single recommendation. Ashley and the team worked diligently and methodically across the project, meeting with stakeholders and subject matter experts on a regular basis.
