Hi, I'm Ashley! I am the CEO and Founder of an artist management company based in Los Angeles, Breakroom17. Since its start in 2020, we have evolved into a label services, music video and content production company (Room17), brand, and live music series in support of mental health in music (Break Rooms). Our management clients are Maddi Jane and Sean Daily currently, with some exciting additions in March 2023. We have also created a mental health program within Breakroom17 called Artist Wellness Coaching, and we believe it is the solution to the mental and emotional well-being challenges artists face while pursuing careers in the music industry. I am passionate about empowering artists as business owners and uplifting women, especially in the music industry. I also consult for music technology companies and am currently building a mental health focused music tech platform within Breakroom17 to support our AWC program. Say hi!*Ashley Anne Daily is a graduate of the USC Marshall School of Business and the USC Lloyd Greif School of Entrepreneurial Studies, with a degree in Business Administration concentrating on Entrepreneurship at the University of Southern California.She is currently running Breakroom17, managing a small group of artists, producing and directing music videos through Breakroom17's Room17, and consulting.Previously, Ashley co-founded a music label services startup and ran operations for a boutique artist management company in Los Angeles, CA. She directed daily operations for a 501C3 non-profit aimed at reducing gun violence by creating musical instruments from alchemized gun metal and distributing them to schools in need. Ashley has also held positions within a Silicon Beach tech-startup, which has received over $60 million in funding. She has also worked at a Grammy Award-winning music video production studio. Ashley played semi-professional tennis in her teens, and many of those lessons from years of training translate to how she conducts herself within the music business.Ashley volunteers with her church, loves to hang around live music, and plays tennis (she's a retired semi-pro tennis player!). She is also a graduate of Churchome College.
