What drives me is helping others. Whether that means coaching someone to achieve their goals, holding space for others while they work through and process their own emotions and thoughts, or round-tabling ideas and brainstorming new ways to view situations- I love it all! Leading comes naturally to me as I pair my intuitive skills with my passion for communication in all interpersonal interactions. I am able to understand more than what is said- I can read body language, energy, and what is left unsaid in the silence. Human connection is a value I feel is required in all workplaces and you can always find me creating a culture of inclusion, fun, and engagement. I am a forever student- always open to learning and viewing things in new ways. As a master problem solver, I tend to thrive under pressure. However, I value balance and setting boundaries to avoid burnout not only for myself, but for my colleagues, peers and clients too. Years ago, I overheard a group of women talking about leadership and they mentioned, "Empower, Equip, and Encourage" as a phrase that they followed. That immediately resonated with me and has stuck with me as a sort of motto for my leadership style and mindset.
