 Plan finished goods and component production to support multiple sales channels including Target, Kroger, Amazon (US and Canada) and DTC Primary owner of all component supplier and contract manufacturer relationships in which I partner with them to manage the production schedule to remain in stock with appropriate DOS. In addition, negotiate item and production costs as needed.  Manage inventory holding across all warehouses including multiple 3PLs and FBA to support $30 million in revenue. Also responsible for increasing and decreasing inventory holding as business permits.  Fluent in change management, identifying risks and executing a plan as it pertains to both new development as well as existing products  Partner cross-functionally with product development, finance, creative and brand/commercial teams  Source, vet and onboard secondary contract manufacturers to increase production capacity  Execute purchase orders for components and finished goods Coordinate and plan shipments with freight brokers  Wholesale customer management

Assistant Buy Planner – Kids Shoes- Responsible for multi-channel inventory planning and allocation of seasonal footwear and hosiery for kids shoes across 118 brick and mortar US stores, 5 Canadian stores, as well as developing online extended assortments- Ownership of $75M annually and over 20 brands- Daily partnership and communication with suppliers regarding assortment mix,in-season inventory management including RTVs and reorders, marketing, markdowns and product exit strategies - Partner with fashion and replenishment Buyers on market preparation and planning- Management of drop ship business- Provide analysis and business decisions derived from several reporting avenues- Mentor and train Merchandise Analyst
