- Responsible for marketing strategy and tactical initiatives for this publicly traded company- Managed the marketing department and external vendors (public relations firms, graphic designer, ad agency, trade show management company, web support etc.)- Developed communications surrounding acquisitions and subsequent brand migration strategies- Spearheaded a brand refresh project which included agency evaluation and selection, internal and external market research, development of new brand messaging, and new visual identity to elevate the company’s perception in the marketplace- Produced two highly successful user group meetings with more than 120 attendees, including site selection, agenda and session development, graphic design, speaker and sponsor recruitment, pre-event marketing, coordination of transportation, food and beverage selection, website development etc.- Improved the company's web presence through design and execution of a new website, addition of social media marketing, a corporate blog, improved SEO and pay-per-click campaigns- Executed the company’s marketing communications and public relations efforts with the goal of increasing thought leadership through current, relevant content in the form of press releases, white papers, case studies, articles, blog posts, collateral etc.- Planned, managed, and executed all trade shows including a mix of 26 national, state and regional trade conventions, and three external user group meetings
