I recently graduated and focused my elective courses on design and propulsion courses. My senior design presentation at open house was awarded with best presentation for the entire department. I studied Fortran and CATIA while in school and have since learned Python coding. I managed a commercial delivery warehouse that delivered over $1M in products yearly with 2 delivery drivers meeting next day delivery of all in-stock goods. My warehouse was the most cost effective warehouse in the company with our cost to deliver being over 20% cheaper than other warehouses while maintaining second largest volume of deliveries. As Customer Service Manager I raised my store's satisfaction scores from about 60% to the upper 80% range within 3 months and maintained that gain for the remainder of the time I was in that position.I am always esteemed for my knowledge and ability to share information that is easily understood and tailored to the person with whom I am speaking.
