McGuyer Homebuilders Inc. is a Texas homebuilding company with 20+ communities in the Austin area under three distinct brands: Wilshire Homes, Coventry Homes, Build On Your Lot. In this role, I performed all functions of a marketing agency for the products in the Austin division communities. My duties consisted of implementing campaigns, creative design, social media management, and interactive services.

Dovetail is student housing developer and property management company for student housing complexes in Southeast college markets. I got my start as the Marketing Team lead for two different developments in San Marcos, TX Wildwood and The Woods of San Marcos. I then was promoted to Regional Marketing Manager and oversaw all marketing efforts for a 1354 bed student housing complex- The Woodlands of Tuscaloosa. This was the largest and the most distressed asset in the Dovetail portfolio and I was able to turn it around achieving 100% prelease occupancy in 6 months.
