You commit to 6-8 half days of support per admissions cycle for interviewing and/or hosting, in addition to assistance with select recruiting activities.

Receptionist Duties:-Answer and respond to telephone calls with professionalism-Maintain a professional reception area-Greet and welcome patients and visitors to the practice-Check in patients according to office protocol, verifying and updating patient information -Confirm the next day’s appointments according to protocol and patient preferences-Schedule patients for efficient use of doctor and staff time-Collect payment from patients at the time of treatment-Make follow-up appointments as needed-Assist in the treatment room as needed-Gather and accurately record insurance information from patients -Accurately file patient information-Update insurance information on all patients at all times-Mail or electronically submit claim forms from office Dental Assistant Duties:-Assisting the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures-Taking and developing dental radiographs (x-rays)-Preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment-Helping patients feel comfortable before, during and after dental treatment-Providing patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures

-Assisted nurses with patients-Discharged patients by wheelchair to the main lobby-Assisted staff with moving beds and other equipment including retrievingitems from other units.-As directed by staff, assisted with patients by gathering belongings andescorting family members to the patient.-Restocked supplies and ran errands as directed by staff
