As the Operations Director of a gymnastics studio, I have a strong passion for fitness, health and wellness. I oversee the day to day operations at the facility. Here I lead and direct young athletes and staff to foster a positive, safe and supportive environment. Along with the coaching team, I implement and develop USAG/NGA approved lesson plans and programs focused on safety, consistency and skill development. I lead classes and instruct different levels of gymnastics, including academy and competitive, while tailoring instructions to meet the needs of the individual.
