As Internal Operations Manager, I work with the owner of the company to maintain all internal operations and procedures. Some of my duties include, assisting Field Superintendents with coordination of jobsite information, managing and implementing all new technology and SaaS software that are used for all operations, led and implemented starting the new Service Department and continued management of processes for the department to ensure its success, process and manage unbilled labor and billing for all New Construction and Service Department projects, manage the Office Assistant and delegate work amongst office staff, customer service duties as needed, and other general projects and internal work needed.As Social Media Manager, I manage the company's new website via cooperation with the web developer, hibu, in order to maintain SEO best practices and accuracy of website information. I also run and create all original materials for the social media pages, which consist of Facebook and Twitter, currently.

As Marketing Assistant I worked for the Marketing Director and President of the company. In this position, I assisted with product pricing and the pricing process. I also assisted in many different steps of analyzing the catalogs and websites, from pagination prep to proofing prices and copy for the catalogs and assisting the E-Commerce department with the websites. I was always compiling, analyzing, and presenting various marketing reports including but not limited to: competitor price comparisons, square inch catalog analyses, product and category sales, and many others. I was in charge of managing and assembling donations as well.

As a Sales Rep (Pet Care Consultant) I received inbound calls and took orders for our customers. Data entry was a large part of the job. I also made outbound calls to inform current customers of current specials and to follow up to see how their animals were doing and to make sure their orders were received okay. Providing customer service was key to this position as well as proficient knowledge of our products and basic veterinary health terminology and processes. Problem solving and the ability to use the many resources available were also attributes that were very important to this position.

I took over the desk of the Associate Financial Aid Director over the summer and assisted all three Financial Aid employees once classes started. I downloaded FAFSA and confidential information for students and their guardians. I also applied scholarships and loans to financial aid packages as they were finalized, which then led me to putting new student packages together for their admissions counselors to review and send out. I also gave presentations at new student orientations concerning campus employment and filling out all the appropriate paperwork. I provided a lot of administrative and reception assistance to the Financial Aid staff and other departments if I was needed.
