Current• Currently Managing, implementing and training the organization on a new change management process that enhances the deployment experience and removes road blocks for technical teams to deploy to production• Balances numerous tasks projects, competing priorities, complex situations, and tight deadlines in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment • Facilitates and assists with continuous process improvements with change, incident and problem management at AvidXchange• Manages the implementation of assigned ITIL processes across the organization, ensuring alignment and adherence to ITIL best practices, including onboarding of M&As • Ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards for all policies owned by ITSM• Collaborates Cross-Functionally with an array of teams at all levels of individuals across the organization, including executive leadership • Achieved ITIL 4 Foundation Certification and continuing to explore other certifications
