Art Director and Designer for University Communications at Colorado State University

Direct and lead a team of art directors, designers and writers at full-servicemarketing agency. Work closely with marketing directors to understand client goals and objectives to create strategic creative solutions. Projects range from brand and campaign development to websites and asset production. Participate in client pitches. Prioritize projects effectively and allocate resources where needed.Support multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything on budget, on time and up to superior quality standards.

Directed the design team from initial concepting to final execution on projects ranging from brand identity and campaigns to websites and brochures.

Designed and executed client campaigns, including but not limited to: print ads, digital ads, websites, tradeshow exhibits, eblasts and direct mail.

Served on the AIGA Houston Board as a Director of special projects

Oversaw the planning and management of the chapter's annual program events and ensured that each event aligns with AIGA’s local and national agenda

Assisted with the planning of events, maintaining vendor database, and finding new venues

Designed promotional collateral for the six Recreation Center programs. Redesigned and maintained new website. Directed social media and marketing. Supervised students.
