• Empower associates by placing them at a job they can be successful in• Recruit, interview, and fill job orders with urgency• Make outbound calls to existing and potential clients presenting candidates who match their desired skillset• Negotiate bill rates and pay rates with clients to ensure maximum profitability• Interview minimum 25 new candidates per week• Supervise associates, hire, fire, approve and communicate tardiness, absences, vacation time, andbenefits administration• Broaden and diversify the client base by presenting the full range of our service offerings• Complete client visits and safety tours• Invite clients and prospects to marketing events• Work closely with team members to ensure all job orders are filled in a timely manner• Work with outside sales representatives to synchronize sales and recruiting, appointment setting• Resolve time card and billing inquiries to ensure accurate, timely paychecks and invoices• Develop and maintain professional knowledge of market, staffing industry, and pertinent labor laws• Stay up to date on all HR laws and adhere to Federal/State Guidelines• Utilize research, community activities and training opportunities to develop awareness of the locallabor market, business conditions, activities of competing companies, and industry trends• Complete pre-hire paperwork to remain compliant with the US Labor Laws• Create and implement new marketing initiatives in order to bring in new business as well as recruiting campaigns
