The Lead Business Analyst position is a first-Level Leadership position. The role will coordinate and lead daily team activities. The role may also spend a portion of time performing the work of those they lead/supervise.As a Lead, I still perform some duties of a Senior BA, but have just added a few more cool features which include, but are not limited.

• Support effort of ensuring the success factors of each project are met: SDLC compliance, Change control, Issue and risk escalation and Client satisfaction.

• Review internal QA and development documentation to ensure that it meets the client business needs.

• To administer, develop, maintain and implement the policies and procedures necessary to ensure the security and integrity of Aarons’ databases are always up-to-par

• Wrote, revised, and verified quality standards and tested procedures for program design and product evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently
• Conducted compatibility tests with vendor-provided programs
• Developed utility programs to test, track, and verify defects in software programs
