I observe, plan and aid students who are displaying negative and harmful behaviors in the academic setting. I strategically create behavior success plans that is structured for each individual child. Each student on a success plan has a goal sheet that is collected weekly. I use the data from the goal sheets, that I record in Google Sheets, to ensure that student has met their goal of 70%. I implement behavior strategies based on BIST (Behavior Intervention Support Team) if that student has not met their goal monthly. I work closely with teachers and administration to ensure fidelity with success plans and expectations for each child is being met. I present data monthly at meetings with administration and teachers to inform them of next steps for that specific child.
