As marketing assistant I offer support to both the marketing department and sales staff in a multitude of ways.- Generate unique designs for private label customers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). - Ensure that the typography is legible and fits the style of customer’s logo and/or overall aesthetic. - Create custom technical and safety data sheets to match customer’s branding.- Updated system literature and graphics.- Created custom icons for National Polymers, Inc.’s website.- Assist in daily office tasks including but not limited to label printing, writing bill of lading / packing lists, managing various spread sheets, and product coding.

Sparkles by Shell is in the business of custom apparel and various custom wares; using screen prints, assorted types of vinyl, rhinestones, and embroidery to create one of a kind pieces. I assisted in many aspects of the production of custom wares from the design process to production. - Using CorelDraw I created original designs and re-produced designs based off of sample art. - Reviewed designs to ensure they were clean, properly sized, and ready for print or to be cut. - While assisting with the ordering process, I made use of sketching out ideas with the customer. - I was also responsible for sending mock-ups to customers for approval. - Operated vinyl cutting machine, this included loading material, maintaining proper cutting perimeters, and blade maintenance.- After the vinyl was cut, I weeded away the excess material, and verified the design was ready to print. - I used multiple styles of heat press to properly adhere the designs to the clothing. - Maintained customer relations in person, online, and over the phone. - Other daily tasks included maintaining the storefront appearance, file system, and keeping track of stock items.

As a freelancer I have worked under multiple companies including Baughman Sound, McDonald Productions, Soundcolor Productions, and Hughie's Event Services. Audio Technician: -Maintained audio quality through out performance in both live and studio settings.-Tested and ensured all equipment worked properly. -Created atmospheric sound tracks and sound effects. -Recorded both live performances and studio sessions. -Assisted in the load in, load out, set up, tear down, and operation of audio equipment. Including proper fastening of moving set pieces and other equipment.- Assisted in the usage of minor pyrotechnics.- Controlled hazers and other fog producing machines.

As a switch board operator for California University I was in charge of answering and directing calls that came through the university's main call center. I also provided additional assistance to callers by answering questions when able to provide them the proper information. The call center was also located within the university's print services, when not answering calls my focus was to assist print services. Some of the tasks that I tended to in print services were: - Operating various types of printers. - Cutting business cards using hydraulic paper cutter. - Binding books using binding machine. - Ensuring brochures and other literature were properly folded. - Loading material for large scale and banner printing. - Trimming large scale prints and banners to proper dimensions. - Adhering grommets to banners when needed.
