As a supervisor of outpatient respiratory services at Monument Health, I have over ten years of experience in providing quality respiratory care to patients and leading a team of dedicated caregivers. I am passionate about improving the health outcomes and satisfaction of our patients, as well as enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations.I have a strong educational background in respiratory therapy, health care administration and management, and business administration with a focus on healthcare. I have also earned the credentials of registered respiratory therapist (RRT) and registered pulmonary function technologist (RPFT), demonstrating my proficiency and competence in the field. Additionally, I have developed skills in data analysis, business planning, program management, strategic planning, and project management, which have enabled me to initiate, develop, and successfully run benchmarks and quality improvement programs for the outpatient respiratory department. I have also expanded the pulmonary rehabilitation program to other areas within Monument Health Market, increasing the access and availability of this vital service. Through my work, I have contributed to the growth and reputation of Monument Health as a leading health care provider in the region.
