As a store manager and a financial controller mentee at H&M, I oversee the daily operations and financial performance of a retail location with over 20 employees and $5 million in annual sales. With my M.B.A. in Business Administration from Thomas Jefferson University, I apply my knowledge and skills in finance, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure the store meets its financial goals and complies with corporate policies and standards.I also have a strong background and passion for fashion design, having earned a Bachelor of the Arts in Fashion Design from Kent State University. I leverage my expertise in fashion illustration, apparel design, garment construction, textiles, and merchandising to create and implement effective visual merchandising strategies that enhance the customer experience and increase sales. Additionally, I am responsible for recruiting, training, and developing a diverse and talented team of associates, managers, and leaders who share H&M's values and vision.
