Project manager and technical business analyst for corporate digital integration channels (PSD2 API Open Banking, Open Finance, H2H Host to Host) using ISO 20022 standards.

The project manager/business analyst role involved: initiating and completing projects to implement changes to payments and cash management systems, meeting regularly with stakeholders to maintain and priortise the payments change backlog, and staying up to date with the industry through conferences. During this time I also ran and completed a major project to implement a new secure payments channel that integrates directly with customer systems. My success on this project led me to take on one of the PSD2 Programme sub projects responsible for API response.

On a contract basis, I performed manual end-to-end testing for the bank's extensive payment system renewal project. The testing included creating and processing SWIFT MT and ISO 20022 XML payments. I wrote a number of excel visual basic tools to assist with the creation of payment messages as well as a tool adopted by my peers to streamline the process of submitting payments into the system. I left the project to take a permanent position with the bank as a project manager/business analyst in their payment systems team.
