I oversee our staff that owns API integrations, print production, creative, reporting, and customer service. We go above and beyond to provide and do all the heavy lifting for all of our partners, such as Netflix, Airbnb Uber, DoorDash, Meta, Nike, Twitch, Instacart, Turo, Hopper, eBay, StubHub, ViX and more. I like to be down in the trenches to get the tactical aspects of our clients' needs executed. I enjoy working with our clients to create, build, launch and grow the gift card payment method and bring incremental revenue and users into their business. • Lead the onboarding of new content partners which includes API integrations, finance and accounting, fraud mitigation, customer service, data and reporting, physical and digital card art and text.• Establish and maintain strong technical and operational relationships with our global partners, activators & b2b distributors• Lead and manage API integrations with third parties to distribute our partner’s content• Lead all stages of the new product development process, project prioritization, designing new feature functional specifications, creating timelines and technology sprint milestones in JIRA Agile• Manage and continually develop our sales and analytics tool TDS Pulse to provide and display meaningful sales and redemption trends that assist our team and our partners to make business, strategic and marketing decisions.• Manage SOC compliance of our systems
