I earned my MSW, with a concentration in clinical practice, from the University of New England, graduating with a 4.0 GPA in 2019. I received my BSW, with a minor in Psychology, in 2015, from Frostburg State University. I completed the Drug & Alcohol Counselor Program of Study at Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2019. I earned a 90+ Hour Childcare Certification in 2009. I have earned certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training, Mental Health First Aid, Crisis Prevention Institute Training, and Medication Technician. In addition to my education, my extensive work history in Social Services includes the following:-Outreach services to an endangered population providing counsel and support services in the areas of diet, health, presentation, and behavioral change.-Counseling clients utilizing evidence-based data assessments and group biopsychosocial/one-on-one therapies.-Over nine (9) years' experience working with children, adolescents, and their families to counsel those with challenging behaviors and disabilities, including in a group home environment where I utilized individual and group-focused counseling techniques.-Working directly with adult clients who had suffered traumatic brain injuries or neurological impairments.I have an exemplary work ethic, am highly motivated, and possess a strong aptitude to learn new skills.
