K-Life is a youth ministry focused on mentoring, coaching and discipling today's teenagers. The ministry works on a community-wide scale, networking kids from different churches and those without a church affiliation. Assist in managing a team of over 55 college aged volunteer leaders and a three-person staff who serve as mentors for teens within the community. Mentor and facilitate small groups for students and leaders, coordinate and speak at weekly large group meetings with over 150 students, plan and execute monthly events, service projects and student trips. Manage all communication, social media, and calendar planning for the organization. Participate in ongoing fundraising strategy and execution in cooperation with a local board of directors.

I assisted the Project Manager in the planning, management, completion, and outcome of all construction projects in Columbia, Missouri and national branch offices. I was responsible for keeping track of critical lease dates, lease terms, and point of contacts for over 20 offices nationally. I assisted office managers with in-house planning and execution of events the company held including small and large corporate meetings, parties, and training events. I booked all travel, hotels, transportation, and meeting spaces for necessary events. I served as the executive assistant to the CEO, President of Strategic Development, and Branch Coordinator. I provided comprehensive support such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and managing essential tasks. I developed and maintained administrative processes that reduced redundancy, improved efficiency, and achieved organizational objectives.
